Warranty Policy

Applicable Products: Verolumin Projectors

Three-Year Limited Warranty

Verolumin offers a three-year limited warranty for all projectors purchased directly from verolumin or authorized resellers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Free repair or replacement of the projector if it fails due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials during the warranty period.
  • Technical support for troubleshooting and product-related queries.
  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts (such as remote controls, batteries, cables, etc.).
  • Damage resulting from external causes, such as power surges, natural disasters, or operation outside the recommended environmental conditions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sources or resellers.

Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact our customer support team at support@verolumin.com with your proof of purchase, description of the issue, and product serial number.
  • Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, provide instructions for shipping your projector to the designated service center.
  • If the issue is covered by warranty, verolumin will repair or replace your projector free of charge, and cover standard return shipping within the warranty period.
  • If the product is found to be outside warranty coverage, repair or replacement fees may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Verolumin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our projectors. The warranty does not cover data loss or personal property loss resulting from the use of the projector.
